Client Success Remote Contract

About the role

As Zyncod's Account Manager, you own the client relationship from signed contract through delivery and beyond. You'll be the single point of contact for our clients during their 14-day build, running check-ins, collecting feedback and revisions, and making sure every project lands on time and matches what was promised.

You'll coordinate between the client and our design/build team, translate client feedback into clear, actionable notes, and manage the post-launch support window. Clients should feel like someone is genuinely looking out for their project, not just processing a ticket.

What we're looking for

- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading client calls
- Organized — you will juggle multiple concurrent client timelines
- Comfortable giving structured feedback to a design/dev team
- Customer service or project coordination experience preferred
- Based in a timezone with reasonable overlap with US/UAE/Pakistan business hours
- Bonus: prior agency or freelance client-facing experience
