- Familiarity with sending tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar) and basic deliverability practices (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, spam testing)
- Strong written English and copywriting instinct
- Comfortable with metrics — open rate, reply rate, bounce rate — and iterating off them
- Understanding of CAN-SPAM/GDPR basics for compliant outreach
- Bonus: experience in a small agency or freelance sales-adjacent role

About the role
Zyncod grows through cold email outreach to manually vetted small businesses.
